In response to demand we have bottled our first preservative free Merlot: organically grown and made from our unirrigated and untrellised vines
A richly textured wine with blood plums, anise and liquorice on the nose, a plump and weighty palate with distinct fine grained tannins. Bottled immediately after fermentation with no oak influence this wine is designed for short-term drinking but has enough weight and spice to go well with rich stews, risottos, or just a mid week feet-up spag bol.
